A booking is confirmed once we have received your non-refundable retainer, your acceptance of our Terms & Conditions and we have issued written confirmation. Dates cannot be held without a retainer.

The remaining balance is due within 30 days of booking or no later than 72 hours before your event, whichever comes first. We do not accept payment on the day of the event. No services will be provided until payment has been received in full.

Corporate bookings are confirmed once the booking confirmation and Terms & Conditions have been accepted and returned.

An invoice will then be issued.

Payment is due by the date stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Where applicable, a non-refundable retainer may be required to secure the booking. This will be confirmed before the booking is accepted.

By accepting the booking confirmation and Terms & Conditions, the client agrees to the payment terms stated on the invoice.

The booking retainer is non-refundable.

If you cancel after paying your balance, any refund will be considered in line with our Cancellation Policy.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may incur up to 50% of the total booking fee.

Please provide one suitable table and two chairs. For outdoor events, suitable shelter must be provided. Additional travel costs may apply if the venue changes after booking.

For safety reasons we cannot paint children under 3 years of age, anyone with contagious skin conditions or open wounds, or anyone who behaves in an abusive or threatening manner. Please advise us of any allergies or skin sensitivities before painting.

Photographs of our work may be taken for promotional purposes. Please let us know before your event if you would prefer that photographs are not used.

We collect only the information required to respond to enquiries, manage bookings and provide our services. Your information is stored securely, is never sold to third parties and is only shared where required by law or to fulfil your booking. With your permission, we may occasionally send updates about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time. You have the right to request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information in accordance with UK GDPR.
